The Friday Photo #76 – A new view of the Space Needle

Space Needle

The Space Needle has long held a special place in my heart.  Whether that is due to watching one too many episodes of Frasier or just because Seattle was one of the first places I ever went as an adult, I’m not entirely sure.

Something that recently occurred to me is that you always seem to see pictures of the iconic building looming over the Seattle skyline, or perhaps now and again the view from the top looking out towards Mount Rainier, but that’s about it.

So, in the interests of photographic integrity, I present a new and exciting option: the Space Needle … from below.

Don’t forget, you saw it here first.  It’ll be on all the postcards before long I’m sure…

Love this perspective! It's my view as I drive under it on my way to work every day!

Seattle is my home town! I love it! A butt shot of the space needle.
