Oddly-shaped cactus

You know that time when you’re hiking through the desert, the sun is beating down, you’re low on water and you come across something that seems so odd that you start to wonder if you’re hallucinating it?

I present: this cactus, in the Saguaro National Park near Tucson, Arizona.

Yup, it’s odd. And more than a little phallic.
